Dear CLI Community, Happy Leap Day! As we continue to grow and evolve together, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks, to you, for being an integral part of our journey. Your support and engagement have been the cornerstone of our success, and it’s with great excitement that I share a significant milestone in our evolution. We’re entering the next phase of our journey with a renewed focus on empowering customer leaders like you. Reflecting this commitment, I’m thrilled to announce that the Community Leaders Institute (CLI) will officially become the Customer Leaders Institute next week. This change is more than a new name—it’s a reaffirmation of our dedication to putting customer-centricity at the heart of everything we do. Rest assured, while our name is changing, our core mission remains the same. We will continue to provide valuable content, resources, and community support you’ve come to expect from us. MyCLI will be your go-to destination for all things CLI, featuring advanced content and the same passionate team, all under a slightly new banner. This evolution reflects our collective growth and the dynamic nature of the customer-centric world we navigate. It’s a step forward in our shared journey towards excellence in customer leadership, and I couldn’t be more excited to embark on this next chapter with you. Thank you for being on this journey with us.
